v2026.11.1 What We Knew When

What we knew, and when: where each client's record came from and when it was first known, and what a carrier stated about each policy on each date. Two answers from release 1 are refined.

Release 2 · what is new

Two new questions, two refined

Every number was asked through DV Digest and checked against a direct query.

Q-13Where did each client's record come from, and when did we first know it?

Every client record came from Sunbelt Senior's client file. Clients first known on 2026-10-01 are on 8 policies, in 11 client roles, and the client first known on 2026-10-02 on 1 policy, in 1 role. One sale named no client; it is counted against an unknown client, which no source sent.

Q-14What did we know about each policy on a given date, and what changed since?

Northfield Life sent 10 versions of terms for 9 policies. One policy changed: NF-100003 was in force on 2026-10-01 and lapsed on 2026-10-02, its face amount of 15,000 dollars unchanged.

Q-11Which agent sold each policy, and where do our sources disagree about it?

The sources agree about the agent who sold it on 14 policies and disagree on 1. Release 1 said 15: one sale sent policy NF-100005 without its carrier, and that policy was counted twice.

Q-15How many records arrive in a form we don't accept, from which source?

Still 3, all from Sunbelt Senior's client file; beside them, 6 rows arrived without a client, policy, insured or agent number: 5 from Sunbelt Senior and 1 from Northfield Life.

What to know

Q-14 shows what a carrier stated, version by version. Only Northfield Life sends terms today.
One sale named no client, and Q-13 counts it against an unknown client rather than leaving it out.
One sale sent policy NF-100005 without its carrier. The vault keeps the two records apart until a later release joins them; counted by number, it counts once.
Pinecrest Mutual, a second carrier, has sent its own name so far, and no policies.
Release 1's page suggested prompts written in the measures' internal names. Those names are retired; ask in your own words.
