v2026.10.1 The Acquired Book

What the distributor bought with Sunbelt Senior: the policies its clients are on, with which carriers and in which roles; how much coverage each carrier provides; which agent sold each policy, and where the sources disagree; and how much of what arrived could not be accepted.

What you can ask

Every number was asked through DV Digest and checked against a direct query on production.

Q-9For each client, which policies are they on, with which carrier, and in what role?

Sunbelt Senior's clients are the owner on 9 policies, the insured on 3 and the payor on 1. A client can hold more than one role on one policy.

Q-10How much coverage does each carrier provide through us?

Northfield Life: 125,000.00 dollars in face amount.

Q-11Which agent sold each policy, and where do our sources disagree about it?

Sunbelt Senior's sales data and Northfield Life's policy data agree about the agent who sold it on 14 policies and disagree on 1. One sale sent policy NF-100005 without its carrier, so the vault keeps that policy as two records until release 2 joins them; counted by policy number, as here, it counts once.

What to know

Face amounts appear only where a carrier sends them. In this release only Northfield Life does.
One sale arrived without a carrier code (policy NF-100005). It counts as a policy, with no carrier and no amount.
One sale arrived without a policy number. Its client's role counts against an unknown policy, shown as “(unknown)”.
“Sources disagree” means the agency's sales data and the carrier's policy data name different agents as the one who sold the same policy.
The data is invented for the DIGEST Data Vault course: two deliveries from Sunbelt Senior and Northfield Life, on 2026-10-01 and 2026-10-02.
